You will need:

01 2 Cups Fruit Juice (not from concentrate)

02 5 TB Grass Fed Beef Gelatin

03 1/3 Cup Raw Honey

You will need:


Medium saucepan

Glass measuring cup

Droppers & gummy molds

Baking Sheet

Have 15 minutes?

Let's make homemade fruit gummies.

Pour juice into a medium saucepan. 


Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the juice


This allows the gelatin to "bloom" and dissolve evenly

Wait 3-5 minutes


While you wait, lay out your silicone molds on a baking sheet

Turn the saucepan heat to medium-low


Whisk continuously until the gelatin has completely dissolved and warmed


Tip: Don't let the juice boil!

Add the raw honey, and whisk until it's dissolved.


Turn off the heat, and transfer the mixture to a glass measuring cup


Use the droppers to transfer the liquid into the gummy molds


Transfer the baking sheets to the fridge


Allow the fruit gummies to set for 30 minutes to 1 hour


Remove from the molds, and store in a glass airtight container


How to Store Fruit Gummy Snacks

Store your homemade fruit snacks in a glass container in the fridge for about a week! Good luck making them last more than a few days though.

How to Store Fruit Gummy Snacks

You could also leave these gummies out for a couple days at room temperature, as long as they don’t get too warm. These are great to send in your kid’s school lunches!
