Cottage cheese eggs are extremely cheesy, creamy scrambled eggs that have 27 grams of protein!
2-3 Whole Eggs 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese Butter or Coconut Oil Salt & Pepper
1. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
2. Once the pan is warm, add some butter or coconut oil.
3. Crack 2-3 whole eggs into the center of the pan.
4. Season with salt & pepper, and gently scramble the eggs as they cook.
5. When the eggs are almost cooked through, add 1/2 cup cottage cheee to the pan.
6. Continue to cook until the eggs thicken and are nice and creamy.
