Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Gummies

Making your own is easy and the end product is delicious!

Healthy gummy snacks are so easy to make! These delicious treats contain no artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors.

You will need:

2 Cups Strawberry Lemonade

5 TB Gelatin

1/3 Cup Raw Honey

2 Scoops Collagen

Honey: antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial

Collagen: gut health, hair skin & nails

Pour Strawberry Lemonade into a large saucepan (don't turn the heat on yet!)

Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the juice. This allows the gelatin to "bloom" and prevents clumping.

Wait 3-5 minutes. While you wait, set out your silicone molds on a baking sheet.

Turn the heat to medium-low. Continually whisk until the gelatin is dissolved

Add the honey and collagen and whisk until everything is dissolved.

Turn off the heat, and transfer the liquid to a glass measuring cup.

Use the droppers to move the liquid to the silicone molds

Transfer the baking sheets to the fridge

Allow the fruit gummies to set in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour or until firm.

Remove from the molds, and store in a glass container.
