Creamy Cottage Cheese Eggs
Creamy cottage cheese eggs will quickly become your new favorite breakfast. They are easy to make, irresistibly cheesy and high in protein!

1 Non-stick pan
1 Silicone spatula
- 2-3 Eggs whole eggs
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese Small curd
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tb Butter or cooking oil
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat
Once the pan is warm, add your butter or other oil to the pan.
Crack 2-3 eggs into the center of the pan.
Sprinkle the eggs with a little bit of salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs just like you would if you were making scrambled eggs. Stir them gently with a silicone spatula as they cook.
When the eggs are just about cooked all the way (about 90% done), add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese into the pan. Stir everything together.
Continue to cook the eggs. The cottage cheese will begin to simmer, and the mixture will continue to thicken as it cooks.
Stir occasionally until the eggs are thick and creamy.
Remove from the pan, serve and enjoy!
