Fresh Milled Loaf In A Bread Machine (100% Whole Wheat)

This bread machine loaf recipe with fresh milled flour is made with 100% fresh whole wheat and uses the magic of a bread machine to give you a tasty loaf of bread with minimal effort! It is perfect for sandwiches or toast, and has all of the vital nutrients found in wheat berries that are lost when flour has been sitting on the shelf.   • 1 Grain mill or high powered blender
  • 1 Bread machine
  • Measuring Cups / Spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup warm filtered water heated to 105 - 110 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 1/2 cups freshly milled hard white wheat
  • 1 cup freshly milled kamut flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast

Instructions
 

  • Put all of your ingredients in the bread pan in the order they are listed.
  • Program your bread machine for "wheat bread" if it has that setting.
  • Press start.
  • When the bread is done, take it out of the machine and remove it from the bread pan. Cool it on a wire rack and enjoy!
