Raw Milk Latte With Maple and Vanilla
This creamy raw milk latte is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and infused with warm vanilla and cinnamon for the perfect cozy drink. - 1 shot espresso or 1-2 oz of strong coffee
- 1 cup whole raw milk
- 1-2 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- sprinkle cinnamon
Measure out your milk using the glass measuring cup. Set the measuring cup aside to froth your milk in (if using a milk frother)
Add the milk to the saucepan, and heat slowly over medium low heat while stirring. We don’t want to burn the milk, or destroy all the beneficial nutrients.
Add the maple syrup, vanilla, and a sprinkle of cinnamon to the saucepan.
While the milk is heating, prepare your espresso shot in your mug.
Continue heating until the milk is heated to your desired temperature.
Once the milk is heated to your liking, pour it back into the glass measuring cup. Use your milk frother to give the milk a nice foam.
Pour the milk over your espresso shot.
Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
